The U.S. DOE press release can be found here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/energy.gov\/articles\/city-houston-joins-better-buildings-challenge-partners-energy-department-reduce-energy\">http:\/\/energy.gov\/articles\/city-houston-joins-better-buildings-challenge-partners-energy-department-reduce-energy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Houston joins 60 other cities and corporations in joining the BBC, adding to\u00a0the\u00a0BBC&#8217;s\u00a0total of 1.6 billion square feet pledged to date.
